Spreadsheet URL is the wrong paper. On WorldPop Hub, open Population Counts, select the 2020 constrained (UN-adjusted) 100 m dataset and download per-country GeoTIFFs (e.g. https://data.worldpop.org/GIS/Population/Global_2000_2020_Constrained/2020/BSGM/AZE/aze_ppp_2020_UNadj_constrained.tif).
